Tenant Charges 

VAT is charged @ 20% where applicable Inc. VAT 

To be paid when making an offer for an AST, Non-AST and Short Lets  

Holding deposit *per tenancy equal to one weeks rent to be deducted from the security deposit.

*please ask to see the conditions on the holding deposit receipt form as to whether all or part of the above will  be refunded should the tenancy not proceed.  

To be paid prior to tenancy starting  

Initial rent plus security deposit (less holding deposit ** above) 

Tenancy deposit  

- For AST’s with annual rent of under £50,000 equivalent of 5 weeks rent  - For AST’s with annual rent above £50,000 equivalent of 6 weeks rent - All other tenancies as agreed between parties 

- For Non-AST’s with annual rent of over £100,000 equivalent of 6 weeks rent 

- For all Short Lets’ equivalent of 6 weeks rent 

** the holding deposit will be offset against the rental payment if the application is successful. 


Change or amendment to terms during tenancy, requested by tenant (AST’s) £50 As above (all other tenancies) £120

Arrears charged at 3% above Bank of England base rate 

(Levied from the 14th day of arrears period but charged from 1st day of arrears period)
