Justine Kas

Born and raised in France, my passion for traveling and meeting people from all different cultures and backgrounds brought me to London six years ago.

I’ve always been passionate about interior design and architecture, so it’s very naturally that I began my real estate career as a sales negotiator in West London. During that time, I showed exceptional negotiation skills and unwavering dedication to delivering results. That first role led me to a Lettings Manager position in a Prime Central London boutique agency. Strong with both experiences and a firm believer that people buy into people, I decided to take my career a step further and joined Jefferies James as an independent broker.

I put a strong focus on deeply understanding my clients wants and needs, and providing the best possible experience from start to finish.

Also passionate about health and fitness, I started my sales career by managing a team of associates in a high-end gym in Vancouver, and then in London, where I acquired extensive customer service and satisfaction skills.
